Candidate privacy notice

Qylis AI Pvt Ltd uses the information you send us only to consider you for roles with us.

What we collect

• What you enter in the form: name, email, phone, city, experience, notice period and your answers.
• Your resume (PDF) and any profile links you choose to share.
• The pages you came from (for example, a job board), so we know which channels work.

How we use it

• A person on our hiring team reviews every application.
• An AI model helps score your written answers against the role's criteria. It does not see your name, contact details, links or resume, and it does not decide who is hired.
• If you opted in, we may contact you on WhatsApp about your application.

How long we keep it

12 months after your last activity with us, then it is deleted automatically, unless you join us or ask us to keep it. Your resume is stored privately and never published.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to careers@qylis.ai. We do not sell or share your data with other companies.
